By commissioning me, you agreed to purchase my service as an artist only.

You will only receive digital file(s) of the commission, no physical items will be delivered.

You must be of legal age and possess the personal capability to complete the payment. I will not issue invoices to a different individual unless there was prior discussion and agreement.

I have the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason.

I retain all copyright over my works, including the rights to redistribute, reproduce, or use as samples or self - promotion, unless there was an explicit discussion of copyright handover.

I do not claim ownership over the materials given to me as references for the commission.

Credits to the client regarding the ownership of character design will be explicitly mentioned.

Unless it is my own designs, I will not claim any right to reuse or resell the client's character designs unless otherwise agreed upon.

You may display my work on another platform as long as it's visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may only upload the compressed, watermarked version of my work, unless there was a prior discussion.

You may not claim my work as your own or display them to galleries intended to exclusively display your works.

You are not authorized to edit, modify, change, or use my work without permission.

Tracing and/or using my work as a base are forbidden.

You are forbidden from removing my signatures and/or watermarks from my works.

Unless it's a private commission, I reserve the right to post the finished commission to my gallery, though client may request to remain anonymous.

Unless otherwise agreed upon or for personal use only, I forbid redistribution of my work or to use for external project(s), whether it is for profit or non - profit.

You are responsible in providing detailed information on how you intend to use the commission result(s).

Any changes regarding to the usage of the commissioned work(s) shall be communicated at any time during and after the completion of the commission. It will be discussed and may be subject to approval.

The use of my works for the purpose of sales as NFT and/or AI training is fully prohibited and will result in a blacklist.

Once I receive the commission request, I will reply within 1 - 3 (one to three) days to discuss the project and confirm your slot.

I require clear visual references for the subject(s) of the commission, or at the very least, written detailed descriptions. Otherwise, I reserve the right to refer to my own creative freedom.

During the discussion, you may receive rough thumbnails done according to what is requested, in order to show the approximation of the end result.

I will only officially start work after receiving 50% (fifty percent) of the payment, after which I will start on a sketch and it will be sent for feedback.

You may request WIPs at any given time.

Once I finished the artwork, I will send the preview. The full resolution will only be sent after I receive the rest of the payment.

The only accepted currencies are USD (US Dollar) and IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).

I accept payments through Paypal, Wise, Ko - fi, BCA, GoPay, and OVO.

The transaction will only take place once I send an invoice.

I will not be held responsible for any mistake made on the client's end over the course of the transaction.

Payment needs to be made a week at maximum after invoice is issued; if it is not made by then, the commission will be cancelled.

If you needed the commission to be rushed, there will be an additional 30% fee. Note that it will be subject to availability.

Revisions will only be done twice during the progress of the commission; after I send the sketch, and after I finish the base color.

Further revisions would incur an additional fee of 20% (twenty percent) at maximum.

Minor changes such as color adjustment, or fixing details that I overlooked are free of charge.

You may change the references if the commission hasn't been started yet, you will be notified when I have officially started the project.

A redraw of the work will be considered as a new commission.

Work on the commission officially begins after I receive the initial payment.

Work on a commission will take between 1 - 5 (one to five) months, depending on what is worked on.

You reserve the right to be notified in case there is any delay.

You reserve the right to set a deadline for the commission and it must be explicitly stated during the discussion. Note that I will refuse a deadline if it has too short of a time allowance.

If a deadline is set, client will be expected to maintain prompt communication to ensure the commission will be done on time, e.g. following up on feedback when WIPs are sent.

If there is no deadline discussed beforehand, I reserve the right to work on commission that takes precedence over yours.

I will not be held responsible for unsatisfactory final product if there was no feedback given.

You are free to give feedback on the final product after the commission is completed.

The files pertaining to the commission will be available from me for up to 6 (six) months.

The client is responsible in saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request for any reason.

Clients are not guaranteed a full refund.

I reserve the right to fully refund you in the event that I am unable to complete the project.

You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if there was no progress for 2 (two) months.

There will be no refund for the initial payment if the project is cancelled halfway through by the client.

If the project is cancelled due to the client's inability to comply with any or all parts of the Terms of Service, I reserve the right to cancel the project without any refund.

This pertains to the client's request to keep a part or all parts of the commission process from being posted on any platform by the artist.

Depending on the level of privacy, there will be an additional fee of 50 - 70% (fifty to seventy percent).

The fee is negotiable.

If you issued a chargeback without any prior communication to cancel the commission, you will be blacklisted.

If you issued a chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork(s) at any stage of progress.

I have the right to reject or cancel a commission if I am subjected to any harassment from the client, including attempts to bargain my prices, to persuade me into accepting the project without pay, to force me into drawing subjects I do not accept, inappropriate comments on my profile and/or in private messages, etc. You will be blacklisted if you engage in any of these conducts.

Upon the delivery of the commission, comments that are inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non - constructive, will result in blacklisting.

Commercial use is as follows:

using the artwork on monetized platforms. (Youtube, Twitch, Patreon, online shop, etc,)

using the artwork to promote your business. (Twitter or Instagram promotion, business cards, etc)

reproducing and selling the artwork in the form of merchandize, whether publicly or privately. (e.g. t - shirts, mugs, prints, etc.)

For commercial works, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

The minimum increase is 100%, but I reserve the rights to increase the fees depending on how the works will be used.

The following are the tiers to the commercial fees, note that they already include commercial rights:

I reserve the right to change any part of my Terms of Service at any given time.

Clients must agree to the new revisions to Terms of Service if they would like to continue to use my service and work.

The new terms will only come into effect for works in progress and future commissions as of the date of the latest revisions. They will be notified immediately after the latest revision.
